In October, HEARTMACHINE re-released their second single entitled “Delusion”
Delusion tells about a condition of disbelief in everything that has happened in a person’s life. Trying to find answers by asking Tanya to herself until she realizes an answer that no one has the right to blame but herself. At the end of the song is inserted a sentence “I guess myself as enemies” is an expression that bad things happen in his life because of his own decisions.
This work emphasizes the nuances of classic rock combined with a touch of modern instruments and is reinforced by a lead synth that makes this work have a more modern color. From a lyrical point of view, this work attempts to describe a situation known as the Quarter Life Crisis Phase. The affirmation in the lyrics is more inclined to express problems regarding mental health and paranoid cycles that are always owned by each individual in that phase cycle, as well as trying to deliver messages as self reminders for all the problems that are being faced so as not to blame fate and others.
