Baobab Wizard was formed at the end of 2015, which carries the Blackened Crust music genre, which is able to mix Black Metal and Crusty Punk music. Not only mixing the two types of music, but successfully adding types of music such as ambient, ethnic, doom metal, sludge, stoner, psychedelic etc. Starting with a desire to form a concept and a different genre of music in the Balinese scene, the name Baobab Wizard was formed.

The name Baobab is taken from the name of a tree that is so unique in Africa with a very large size, while Wizard if interpreted in Indonesian means witch. So the meaning of the name Baobab Wizard in question is that humans control most of the good and bad lives, mostly caused by humans and this name is very much in accordance with the concept of the lyrics and the meaning contained in the materials made on the theme of humans and the environment, both in the nature we live in now and the belief in invisible things we see as normal humans in general that can affect life.

With that, Baobab Wizard will give a different musical nuance and be able to give influence or inspiration for loud music lovers. Baobab Wizard has spit out some of its material in the form of EPs. The first EP entitled “Lost Wisdom Era I” was released on an indie track without having a label to release it. Contains four songs that can be heard through reverbnation. It has been a long time, the second EP materialized, which is labeled by Dense (s) Record and Svmber Rejeki entitled “Lost Wisdom Era II”. It contains six dangerous songs with the addition of two new materials that are ready for you to hear. In the new Baobab Wizard material, the singer invited Karina in the song “Honor for Triloka (Redemption Across Universe)”.
